Media and Intellectual Property

Advising on and drafting all kinds of commercial documentation including joint ventures agency and distribution agreements, franchising and licensing agreements. The Firm acts for a large number of e-commerce businesses, telecommunications and telemarketing companies as well as designers, publishers, authors, information technology companies, software houses, multi-media publishers, film producers and others. The Firm also works closely with patent agents in regard to patent registrations.
It has also assisted companies owning intellectual property rights to obtain funding both in respect of private equity, in terms of angel and seed capital investment, as well as venture capital investment.
